Location Shots:
Location 1:
Our first possible location is this church setting which involves a stage and a large open space to fit all members of the band in. There are regular music performances performed here and so it would be a good place to film ours. However, the location doesn't really match the song that we have chosen due to our song being played by a modern artist and it's genre is indie rock which a church setting does not match. However it is still a possible location which we could use for our video but not a likely choice.

Location 2: House setting
Our second possible location is in a house and this room is a fairly small and compact space. The song is quite an intimate song about love and so a smaller space would suit the performance. However, the room itself doesn't look typical of a room where a normal band performance would be set because the room is quite old fashioned and our song is a modern song and so this room wouldn't suit that. Also the amount of space required for the band to fit in as well as the camera space to work in, we would not be able to have a lare variety of shots due to the lack of space which would mean the video would lack in the amount of camera work that we can use. Therefore this location is not one which we would like to use but remains a possibility.

Location 3: Small Hall
Our third possible location is a small hall which has a modern feel to it. This room is fairly big in comparison to the previous location we looked at and what we feel is a perfect size for our band performance where there is enough space for the three band members to be seen, filmed and perform. The plain walls around the room means the focus will remain on the band members and not on what is around them which is also something we like about this location. Unlike in the house setting, there is far more space for us to film the band so a huge variety of shots etc can be taken and used which will add a variation to the way in which the band are filmed and then portrayed to the audience. This is our favourite location and one we hope to use for our video.

Location 4: Large Hall
This is in the same location as the small hall above however this hall is slightly larger. The room has plain walls like that of the small hall, however it is a much larger space. This larger space doesn't give the intimate feel that the song and the lyrics create. We would prefer a smaller space so that this intimacy can be portrayed more effectively. The hall itself is a great location to film in with plenty space for us to film the video and gain a wide variety of camera shots and angles but we feel that there would be too much space around the band which is not the look we are going for.
Overall, we feel that the small hall is the perfect location for us to film our music video in because we feel this is the best location where we can get the intimacy of the song across most effectively as well as the fact that the hall is modern in its appearance which is exactly the type of look we wanted.
